Returns Policy

Soul Purpose is dedicated to producing products that serve clients on all levels. Returns are simple and easy and do not require that you contact us. Please read the policy below and follow the instructions.

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any book in its original condition, for any reason, for a full refund (We'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Soul Purpose Inc. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, or are in unsellable condition, will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Packing and Sending Your Return
If your order was found to be damaged upon arrival please indicate whether you are returning for a refund or exchange for a new book. Please include the invoice with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address below.

Lost Your Invoice?
If you do not have your invoice, please indicate the name and address of the person who purchased this order and approximate date of purchase, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the appropriate address below:
